Custom EC Fan Arrays
Our IntelliCUBE and IntelliWALL fan arrays split capacity across many smaller EC, PMEC or AC-powered fans instead of one large unit—IntelliCUBE motors run up to 30 HP and 14″ total static pressure per fan, and an IntelliWALL configuration can move roughly 500,000 CFM of total airflow. Because capacity is distributed, N+1 or N+2 redundancy is a matter of adding fans to the array, not installing a second air handler.
Centrifugal & Plenum Fans
For higher-static, ducted applications, we build direct-drive centrifugal blowers and plenum fans alongside our EC fan arrays:
